Alden School District & City of Coulter Special Election - 3/5/2024

A Special Election is any election that is not regularly scheduled. A special election may be held for any purpose authorized or required by law; often to fill a vacancy or for a public measure.

Archived Election Details

The Alden Community School District voters will vote on a Public Measure on March 5th, 2024.  

Summary of the public measure: To adopt a Revenue Purpose Statement specficying the use of revenues the Alden Community School District will receive from the State of Iowa Secure an Advanced Vision for Education Fund.  

Absentee Voting will begin February 14th, 2024.  

All voters will vote on Election Day at the Coulter Community Center.  

The City of Coulter voters will vote to elect a Mayor & Council member to fill vacancies on March 5th, 2024.
